Us. Zenoxis One SRL CUI 39172192 (“Zenoxis One SRL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you and invites you to access and use our website, including, without limitation, angelrodian.com (the “Website”). When we say Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One, we mean any and all companies affiliated with Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One products and services, including but not limited to: Zenoxis One and all affiliates.
You. “You” may be a visitor / user of the website, a purchaser of the Services, or both.
Website. By accessing, browsing, and using the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by everything in these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy. These Terms of Use may change from time to time without notice to you. You may not use the Website if you do not agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and, if you purchase a Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One product or service, our Terms of Purchase Policy. In addition, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements applicable to any future Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One services that you use.
Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Service. Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One provides users with access to sales training resources (including, but not limited to, training videos, materials and other supporting resources), various reference and communication tools (including but not limited to) forums, (including Facebook group(s)), shopping services, advertising and marketing services, and personalised content (the “Services”). Any and all Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Services shall be subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy. Any and all Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Services are provided “As-Is” and Zenoxis One assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, delivery problems or failure to store any user communications or personalisation settings. Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One is intended to provide educational material to you on specific sales techniques and methods, as well as provide you with resources designed to compliment the sales techniques and methods being described in the Services (the “Intended Purpose”).
If these Terms of use are inconsistent with the guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements applicable to those services, these Terms of Use will supersede all other terms. When we refer to Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One, we are specifically referring to the products and services affiliated with the Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One offering, some of which may be hosted on authorised third party platforms. As such, these Terms of Use do not supersede any existing guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements specific to existing services offered by Zenoxis One SRL prior to the launch of Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One, for existing services already governed by our standard Terms and Conditions, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Facebook Services, Google AdWords Services (also known as Google Ads Service), Design Services, Remarketing Services, and Website Hosting Service.
Availability of the Services. The Services will be made available in stages after the launch date in order to promote a thorough learning experience.
Restrictions. The Website and Services are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms of Use with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these Terms.
Third Party Services. The Services utilise third party platforms for delivery of certain components, and you acknowledge that the Service is subject to the terms and conditions, availability policies and restrictions as modified from time to time by the respective third party platform. You agree to not hold Zenoxis One liable for any loss or damage arising from these third party platforms.
Access to Third Party Services. Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One requires that you obtain access to third party services (such as a third party Content Management System) in order to take full advantage of the Services (e.g. deploying your own sales funnel, or running your own advertising campaign). You agree that you are responsible for those fees. You also agree that you are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Services.
Downloadable Assets. The Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Services include files (including, but not limited to, documents, plugins, custom code, PhotoShop Documents (PSDs)), (collectively, “Downloadable Assets”).
Restrictions on Use of Our Content. The content contained on this Website and on the third party platforms authorised to host our Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Services (“Content”) such as logos, artwork, text and graphics, widgets, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data complications, and software, is the property of Zenoxis One, or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Website (including authorised third party platforms hosting the Content) is the exclusive property of Zenoxis One, and is protected by Romanian and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions. All software and code used on the Website is the property of Zenoxis One, or the property of our suppliers and is protected by the applicable copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.
Any and all logos, service marks, page headers, graphics, trademarks, service marks, widgets, icons, scripts and trade names (each considered a “Mark”) contained on the Website are proprietary to Zenoxis One, or Zenoxis One’s licensors or licensees. Zenoxis One does not grant permission to any entity or individual to use any of the Marks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to Zenoxis One in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or ambiguity among users or that disparages or discredits Zenoxis One or any other entity or individual. Any Marks not owned by Zenoxis One that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Zenoxis One.
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website. No Content or Marks of the Website or any other internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded (other than page caching), uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, or sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, except that you may download one (1) copy of the downloadable assets that we make available to you for the Intended Purpose of the Angel Rodian by Zenoxis One Services. No Guarantee of Results. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. With the exception of the Performance Guarantee, you accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation in the Session and Services. Zenoxis One does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing in regards to your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, or results of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own actions and results in both life and business, which are dependent on factors that are personal to you, including (but not limited to), your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and personal financial situation.
You accept, agree, and understand that any testimonials or endorsements provided by Zenoxis One’s customers or audience that are represented through our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels are our opinions only and therefore are not guarantees or promises of actual performance.

Jurisdiction. The laws of Romania govern these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy, and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugoj, Romania.
Miscellaneous. If we fail to enforce your strict performance of any provision of these Terms, it will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms. If a provision of these Terms is void, invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
